How To Use $500 Ticketmaster Gift Cards?
1. Locate the Gift Card Details
You need two pieces of information from the gift card:
16-Digit Card Number: Found on the back of a physical card (under the scratch-off panel) or in the eGift Card email.
PIN/Security Code (3 or 4 Digits): Also found on the back of the physical card or in the eGift Card email.
2. Shop for Your Tickets
Browse Events: Go to the Ticketmaster website or the mobile app.
Select Tickets: Choose the concert, sports, or theater event you want, select your seats, and add the tickets to your cart.
Proceed to Checkout: Go to the checkout page to review your order details.
3. Apply the $500 Gift Card at Checkout
On the payment screen, follow these specific steps:
Find the Gift Card Section: Look for the option labeled:
“Add Credits / Promo Codes / Gift Cards” (The exact wording may vary slightly.)
Enter Details: Click on that option and enter the 16-Digit Card Number and the PIN/Security Code.
Apply: Click “Apply” or “Use Gift Card.”
The $500 will be instantly deducted from your total order cost (including ticket price, fees, and taxes).
4. Finalize the Payment
If the total is $500 or less: The order will be complete! Click “Place Order.”
If the total is more than $500: The $500 will be applied first, and you will be prompted to pay the remaining balance using a credit card, debit card, or another accepted payment method. You may also apply another gift card if you have one.
Important Things to Remember:
Resale Restriction: Ticketmaster Gift Cards generally cannot be used for Fan-to-Fan Resale tickets. Always verify the event is a standard, original ticket sale.
Balance Check: You can check the remaining balance on your card on the Ticketmaster Gift Cards page on their website by entering the card number and PIN.
No Cash Redemption: The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card.
