How To Redeem John Lewis Gift Cards £100?

You will need two codes for each card you use during checkout.
Shop & Checkout: Visit the John Lewis website or Waitrose website and add your desired items to your basket. Proceed to the checkout page.
Find the Gift Card Section: On the payment page, look for an option to use a “Gift Card,” “e-Gift Card,” or “Gift Card/eVoucher.”
Enter the Codes: You will be asked to enter two codes:
The 19-Digit Gift Card Number: This is found on the back of the physical card or included in your e-gift card email.
The PIN (Personal Identification Number): For a physical card, this is usually found under a silver scratch-off panel on the back. For an e-gift card, it will be included in the email.
Apply: Click “Apply” or “Redeem.” The £100 value will be immediately deducted from your order total.
Complete Purchase: If your order total is less than £100, the remaining balance will stay on your card for future use. If your total is more, you’ll need to pay the difference using a debit or credit card.
Keep Your Card! Always keep the physical card or the e-gift card email, even after your first use, as the remaining balance stays on the original card/code.
In-Store Redemption (John Lewis & Waitrose Shops)
The process in the physical shops is even simpler:
Shop: Take your items to the till.
Present at Checkout:
Physical Card: Hand the gift card to the cashier for them to scan or swipe.
e-Gift Card: Present the digital e-gift card (usually with the barcode) on your phone to the cashier for them to scan. Waitrose shops may prefer a printed copy of the e-gift card, though John Lewis stores can usually accept the downloaded version on your phone.
Pay: The £100 will be applied to your purchase.
Important Information
Expiration: John Lewis Gift Cards expire 24 months from the date of purchase or last use. Making a purchase or checking the balance refreshes the 24-month expiry period.
