Here is everything you need to know about where and how to spend your $100 balance.
1. Where Can You Spend It?
You can use your card at thousands of locations across the following participating retailers:
Supermarkets: Coles, Coles Central.
Department Stores: Myer, Target, Kmart.
Office & Tech: Officeworks.
Liquor: Liquorland, Vintage Cellars, First Choice Liquor Market.
Fuel: Shell Reddy Express (formerly Coles Express).
Note: Digital e-gift cards are generally not accepted at Liquorland, Vintage Cellars, or Shell Reddy Express. If you have a digital version, stick to Myer, Target, Kmart, or Coles.
2. How to Use It In-Store
Present the Card: At the checkout, tell the cashier you are paying with a gift card.
Scan/Swipe: If it’s a physical card, swipe it through the terminal. If it’s digital, scan the barcode from your phone.
Enter PIN: Use the 4-digit PIN found on the back of the card (you may need to scratch the silver panel) or in your e-gift card email.
Split Payments: If your total is more than $100, you can pay the remaining balance with cash or another card.

While most store-specific cards are restricted, the Coles Myer Gift Card can be used online at:

Note: You currently cannot use these cards for Coles Online grocery orders.
4. Checking Your Balance & Expiry
Online: Visit giftcards.com.au and enter your 17-digit card number and PIN.
Phone: Call 1300 304 990.
Expiry: Most Coles Myer gift cards issued after 2018 have a 4-year expiry date from the date of purchase.
