How To Redeem Cineplex Gift Cards $50?
You will need the Gift Card Number and a PIN to use it for booking tickets or purchasing movies from the Cineplex Store.
Select Your Items: Choose your movie tickets, concessions, or digital movies and proceed to the checkout screen.
Find the Gift Card Section: On the Payment page during checkout, look for a section or field dedicated to gift cards, often labeled “Gift Card/Voucher” or similar.
Enter the Codes:
Enter the Gift Card Number (found on the back of the physical card or in your e-gift card email).
Enter the PIN (usually found under a scratch-off panel on the back of the physical card or included in the e-gift card email).
Apply: Click “Apply” or “Redeem” to deduct the $50 balance from your order total.
Finalize: If your purchase is more than $50, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance with a debit or credit card.
Note: Some users report confusion between the “Voucher/Promo Code” box and the actual “Gift Card” payment option. Make sure you use the dedicated gift card field when paying!
In-Person Redemption (Theatre, Rec Room, Playdium)
This is the fastest method when you are physically at one of the locations.
Place Your Order: Purchase your tickets at the box office or your snacks at the concession stand.
Present the Card:
Physical Card: Hand the gift card to the cashier for them to swipe or scan.
e-Gift Card: Display the barcode, gift card number, and PIN from the email or PDF on your mobile device (or a printout) for the staff to scan or manually enter.
Pay: The $50 will be applied to your purchase.
